The offer is available on hotel bookings made here ,validity of the offer is from 01 Jun’2009 to 30th Jun’2009.
Once a registered user makes a Hotel booking on here during the above period, he becomes eligible to earn Upto 50% Cash Back upon his next Hotel booking with IRCTC.
Cash Back amount would be calculated on the gross amount of the booking including taxes and is limited to Rs 1000.00 or 50% of either 1st or 2nd of the Hotel bookings, whichever is lower.
Only one cash back can be availed against one booking and the offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
The offer will not be given on cancelled bookings.

Procedure :
Click on “Book Hotel” from the home page.
Input the respective city with the dates & type of room required & make the Hotel reservation from the available Hotel list.
First Hotel booking date has to be between 01st - 30th Jun’2009 to be eligible for Cash back.
Second Hotel booking (to redeem the cash back) date may be made between 01st Jun’2009 – 31st Aug’2009.
Actual Hotel stay date of either of the bookings could be any date upto 30th November’2009. However, the actual check-in date for the second booking has to be after the actual checkout date for the first booking.
Cash back amount would be calculated & credited within 15 days of actual check out date of the second booking.
Same ID has to be used for both bookings and primary Guest name should also be same, to be eligible for the Cash back. Guest users need to use same email ID, Mobile number & Guest name.
Check in the “Cash Back box” to avail the cash back at the time of the booking with the relevant Tran ID.
Cash back for the bookings made through the counters would be given via cheque.

The Cash Back is not valid for such bookings where a single transaction has been split in to multiple transactions to avail the multiple Cash Backs. IRCTC reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back if such a case is brought to or comes to its notice at any time.
The Cash Back amount is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
